An all-suspension trail e-bike in carbon - that's the all-new TRANCE X ADVANCED E+ 1 2023. The Advanced Composite all-carbon frame is equipped with the latest generation SYNCDRIVE PRO YAMAHA motor, which delivers more torque and maximum support while being smaller and lighter. The Maestro suspension provides 140mm of fully active travel, and the adjustable geometry allows you to tailor the e-bike to the terrain you ride most often. Yamaha's new SyncDrive Pro motor offers 85Nm of torque and up to 400% boost. It's designed and tuned for riding on tougher terrain - it responds very well to torque from the rider and produces strong support even at low speeds. The integrated EnergyPak Smart battery offers a capacity of 800 Wh, and a "smart" 6-amp Smart Charger enables very fast charging. In addition, the bike frame is ready for the installation of a second battery (EnergyPak Plus - optional accessory), which adds an additional 250 Wh.

For convenient motor control, there are two control units on the bike. Directly at the handlebar is the unobtrusive RideControl Ergo 3 controller, which can be used to switch between riding modes even when riding on more challenging terrain. Directly on the frame is the RideControl Go controller, which is a multi-purpose button and coloured LEDs that indicate the selected riding mode and battery level. The Giant RideControl mobile app offers other useful features (such as the ability to fine-tune support in individual riding modes).

The Maestro suspension is fully active and highly responsive, making off-road riding more enjoyable and fun. This system also eliminates unwanted swaying when pedalling, so you don't waste energy and ride smoother, faster and with less effort. The upper suspension arm has a flip chip in it, which is used to easily adjust the bike's geometry - the Low position is suitable for fast "aggressive" terrain, while setting it to High creates a more XC-oriented riding position.

GIANT SyncDrive Pro 85 Nm by Yamaha

The latest generation SyncDrive Pro is significantly more compact and lighter than its predecessor, but still impresses with up to 85 Nm of torque.

At the strongest of the five levels of support, SyncDrive Pro should deliver about four times what the rider develops. Using multiple sensors that also take into account the gradient of the incline, the dynamic and progressive SmartAssist mode cleverly adjusts the level of support to the riding situation.

Battery GIANT EnergyPak Smart 800 Wh

Modern lithium battery for Giant and Liv electric bikes. The EnergyPak Smart 800 offers a higher capacity at almost the same size.

This is the latest generation and highest quality battery technology that is purely integrated into the frame. It features an advanced Battery Management System for continuous communication between the battery and charger to optimize charging performance.

The battery is composed of Panasonic lithium cells specific for electric bicycles - it contains 40 cells of the modern 21700 type. Larger cells bring increased density, lower weight and greater volume - this means the battery heats up less and its lifetime is extended.

Ride Control Go

System RideControl Go is available on premium Giant E-bikes, RideControl Go features a multipurpose button integrated into the top tube. Colored LEDs allow you to switch power modes from the top tube and keep a clean handlebar setup. The lights also display battery level and support mode.
