greatebike.eu displays products for sale on their website with the necessary characteristics to allow the potential consumer to ascertain, before ordering, any essential information on a particular product that is required before buying.
The descriptions, characteristics and illustrations of our products are produced with the greatest of care. Errors can appear, however, as well as modifications carried out by us. We therefore take no responsibility for such disparities, nor can the validity of the transaction be called into question.
In the case of product unavailability, particularly dependent on our suppliers, the customer will be informed as quickly as possible and will have the possibility to cancel the order or to modify it.
All pricing is in euros. Pricing does not include transport costs, which are added to the final invoice and are indicated before final confirmation of the order. Pricing takes into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, with any rate change being automatically applied to the price of the products online. Payment of the total order must be completed during the order process. At no point can any amount submitted be considered as a deposit. In the case of an export sale, all applicable taxes in the buyer's country remain the responsibility of the buyer.
greatebike.eu reserves the right to modify pricing at their discretion. Any pricing modifications will be signalled to the buyer before any order is accepted throughout the year, depending on the exchange rates and any increase in the price of raw materials.
3.Subject of the sales contract
In the case of conclusion of a Sale and Purchase Agreement, the Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the object of the purchase and to transfer the ownership of the object of the purchase to the Buyer.
3.2 Obligations of the Buyer
If a purchase agreement is concluded, the Buyer undertakes to accept the delivered goods and pay the agreed purchase price to the Seller or Carrier.
3.3 Subject of the purchase
The subject of the purchase under the concluded purchase agreement is the goods specified in terms of manufacturer, name, type, quantity, weight, dimensions, prices etc. in the Buyer's order.
The Buyer can place an order 24 hours a day using the integrated shopping cart on the greatebike.eu website or by telephone, e-mail or in writing at the Seller's address. Orders sent via the Seller's online shop are accepted by default within 24 hours, but no later than the next business day (if the order is sent at the weekend). The Buyer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and will also be notified by e-mail of the dispatch of the goods. For some orders (high-value goods, large quantities etc) the Seller will contact the Buyer by telephone to confirm and refine the Buyer's order.
Delivered goods are stored until the Seller pays the purchase price in full. However, the risk of damage to the goods is transferred to the Buyer as soon as it is accepted.
4.1 Payment methods
Payment is performed using a payment card, GooglePAY or bank transfer. The Buyer's order will only be confirmed when payment has been received by greatebike.eu.
We deliver to all countries in Europe within the EFTA agreement – all EU member states plus Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein.

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods delivered by the Seller as soon as they are received. If mechanical damage is found on the packaging of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the goods and, in case of damage, to make a note of the damage to the goods in the presence of a representative of the Carrier.
The Carrier is responsible for damage incurred during transportation; all goods are insured. On the basis of a written record, the Buyer will be offered a reasonable discount or a new product delivered to the Buyer after the conclusion of the loss event with the Carrier. By signing the consignment note, the Buyer agrees to take over the goods and confirms that they have been delivered correctly and on time.
Before using the goods for the first time, the Buyer is obliged to familiarise himself/herself with the terms and conditions of the warranty, including the operating instructions, and to adhere to these instructions. In case of improper use of the goods, the Buyer is liable.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear caused by the use of the product or defects that have been reported to the Buyer in advance.
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the products, functional properties or losses caused by improper use of the product, as well as damages caused by external events and inappropriate handling after receipt of the goods. Defects of this origin do not apply to the warranty.
The Seller will deal with any complaints from the Buyer as soon as possible, within 30 days of its application, if necessary, by analysing the manufacturer's defects - after 60 days or after a written agreement with the Buyer.
The transfer of the risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when the goods are received from the Carrier. The same holds true if the Buyer does not take over the goods, even if the Seller has allowed him/her to dispose of them.
6.1 Transport damage/complaints
The Seller kindly asks its customers to report obvious defects in quality within one week of receipt of the goods. In the event of transport damage, which is visible externally, the Seller asks the Buyer to check the parcel immediately and to let the Carrier give the Buyer written confirmation of the damage.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
Online dispute resolution according to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013:

The Seller is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
7. Return Policy
The Buyer has the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In this case, the Buyer is obliged to return the goods with the original proof of purchase.
If a Buyer needs to return an item, please Contact the Seller with the order number and details about the product the Buyer would like to return. The Seller will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from the Buyer's order.
Any product the Buyer returns must be in new condition and shipped in the original packaging, including all manuals and accessories provided with the product.
For these reasons, the Seller strongly recommends that its customers keep the original box up to 1 year after the purchase of any goods!
The Buyer is obliged to deliver the goods to the Seller. The shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. After these conditions have been fulfilled and when the Seller receives the goods under the right conditions, the Buyer will be refunded the purchase price by transfer to the bank account number provided by him/her.
The goods can also be exchanged for other goods within 30 days after the purchase. The value of the goods to be exchanged must be equal to or higher than the goods that were originally purchased.
The Seller's team is working very hard to satisfy its customers' needs and find the perfect products for them, but if a Buyer would like to return or exchange an e-bike, the Seller asks the Buyer to fulfil all of the above conditions. Otherwise, the goods cannot be returned!
Approval of the Conditions by the Buyer.
When the Buyer clicks on the "BUY" link on the website, which is located under the order form, the Seller asserts that these Business Conditions have been duly reviewed by the Buyer and thus are accepted unconditionally and subject to the parties to the purchase agreement.
