The descriptions, characteristics and illustrations of our products are produced with the greatest of care. Errors can appear however, as well as modifications carried out by us. We therefore take no responsibility for such disparities, nor can the validity of the transaction be called into question.
In the case of product unavailability, particularly dependent on our suppliers, the consumer will be informed as quickly as possible and will have the possibility to cancel their order or to transform it.
All pricing is in euros. Pricing does not include transport costs which are added to the final invoice, and are indicated before final confirmation of the order. Pricing takes into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, with any rate change being automatically applied to the price of the products online. Payment of the totality of the order must be completed during the order process. At no point can any amount submitted be considered as a deposit.In the case of an export sale, all applicable taxes in the buyers country remain the responsibility of the buyer.
greatebike.eu reserves the right to modify pricing at their discretion. Any pricing modifications will be signaled to the buyer before any order throughout the year depending on exchange rates and the increase in price of raw materials.
3.Subject of the sales contract
In case of conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, the Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the object of purchase and to transfer the ownership of the object of purchase to the Buyer.
3.2 Obligations of the buyer
If a purchase agreement is concluded, the buyer undertakes to accept the delivered goods and pay the agreed purchase price to the seller or carrier.
3.3 Subject of purchase
The subject of purchase under the concluded purchase agreement are the goods specified in terms of manufacturer, name, type, quantity, weight, dimensions, prices, etc. in the buyer's order.
You can order 24 hours a day using the integrated shopping cart, telephone, e-mail or in writing at our address. Orders sent via our online shop are accepted by default within 24 hours, but no later than the next business day (if the order is shipped at the weekend). You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and will also be notified by e-mail of the dispatch of the goods. For some orders (high value goods, large quantities etc.) we will contact you to confirm and refine your order by phone.
Delivered goods are stored until the seller pays the purchase price in full. However, the risk of damage to the goods is transferred to the buyer as soon as it is accepted.

The customer is obliged to view the goods delivered by the seller as soon as they are received. If mechanical damage is found on the packaging of the goods, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the goods and, in case of damage, to make a note of the damage to the goods in the presence of a representative of the carrier.
The carrier is responsible for the damage during transportation, all goods are insured. On the basis of a written record, the customer will be offered a reasonable discount or a new product delivered to the customer after the end of the loss event with the carrier. By signing the consignment note, the customer agrees to take over the goods and confirms that they have been delivered correctly and on time.
Before using the goods for the first time, the customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms and conditions of the warranty, including the operating instructions, and to adhere to these instructions. In case of improper use of the goods, the customer is liable.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear caused by the use of the product or defects that have been reported to the customer in advance.
The seller is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the products, functional properties and losses caused by improper use of the product, as well as damages caused by external events and inappropriate handling after receipt of the goods. Defects of this origin do not apply to the warranty.
We will deal with your complaint as soon as possible, within 30 days of its application, if necessary, by analyzing the manufacturer's defects - after 60 days or after a written agreement with the customer.
The transfer of the risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are received from the carrier. The same happens if the buyer does not take over the goods, even if the seller has allowed him to dispose of them.
6.1 Transport damage/complaints
We kindly ask our customers to report evident defects as to quality within one week of receipt of goods. In the event of transport damage, which is already visible externally, we ask you to control the parcel immediately and to let the carrier give you a written confirmation of the damage.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
You have the right to return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In this case, the consumer is obliged to return the goods with the original proof of purchase.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Any product you return must be in new condition and shipped in the original packaging, including all manuals and accessories provided with the product.

For this reasons we strongly recommend our customers to keep the original box up to 1 year after the purchase of goods!
The consumer is obliged to deliver the goods to the seller. Shipping costs are borne by the consumer. After these conditions are fulfilled and when we get the goods under the right conditions, the consumer will be refunded the purchase price by transferring it to the bank account provided by him.
The goods can also be exchanged for other goods within 30 days after the purchase. The value of the goods to be exchanged must be equal to or higher than the goods that were originally purchased.
Our team is working very hard to satisfy your needs and find the perfect product for you, but if you would like to return or exchange your e-bike, please tempt all of the above conditions. Without them the return of the goods will not be possible!
