Flip chips for independent damping geometry and kinematics

SANTA CRUZ Vala 1 C MX 26 GX AXS CH
The Santa Cruz Vala represents a new generation of full suspension e-MTBs that strikes the perfect balance between performance, handling and light weight. It's built on a premium Carbon C Series carbon frame, bringing the bike's total weight to a cool 22kg. The "MX" (mullet setup) concept combines a stable 29" front wheel for precise trail guidance with a nimble 27.5" rear wheel for maximum playfulness on singletrack.
Brutal power with the Bosch Gen 5 engine
At the heart of the powertrain is the latest Bosch Performance CX (BDU38) motor with 120Nm of torque, which excels at smooth power delivery and quiet operation. Power is supplied by the integrated 600Wh Bosch PowerTube battery, which provides excellent range while keeping the bike's centre of gravity low for ideal handling.
Progressive Fox Performance Elite suspension
160mm of travel at the front and 150mm at the rear ensure perfect trail ironing. The front is reliably guided by the robust FOX 38 Float Performance Elite fork with the latest Grip X2 shock cartridge, offering uncompromising traction. The rear is controlled by the FOX Float X Performance Elite air shock, tuned for maximum responsiveness at the start and great support at the end of the stroke.
T-Type electronic shifting and uncompromising components
Flawless shifting, even in full e-bike engagement, is ensured by SRAM's GX Eagle AXS T-Type 12-speed wireless T-Type direct-mount frameset (Transmission). Immediate and uncompromising stops are taken care of by SRAM's brutal Maven Bronze Stealth four-piston brakes with 200mm HS2 discs.
The bike is fitted with durable Raceface ARC 30 HD aluminium rims on lightweight E13 SL hubs. Maximum grip on any terrain is provided by Schwalbe Magic Mary radial tyres (Ultra Soft compound at the front, Soft at the rear). The cockpit is fitted with OneUp aluminium handlebars and stem, SDG saddle and reliable OneUp Dropper Post telescopic seatpost with generous travel to suit the frame size.

Improved sensors measure rider inputs more accurately, ensuring a more natural power transfer. The motor has hill-start and walk assist for added comfort. Lower weight improves maneuverability and component durability. Auto mode automatically adjusts terrain assistance. Compatibility with Bosch smart systems allows tracking of ride details, making planning and the ride itself easier.
Baterie Bosch PowerTube 600 Wh
A high-performance integrated battery for electric bikes that combines sufficient range, low weight, and modern technology. The battery allows for comfortable rides over medium to long distances.
It uses lithium-ion cells with an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) that protects the battery against overcharging, deep discharge, and overheating. This gives the battery a long service life and reliable performance. With the original Bosch charger, the battery can be charged to 50% capacity in approximately 2.5 hours.
Santa Cruz Lifetime Warranty
Santa Cruz Bicycles provides the original owner with a lifetime warranty on the frame and rigid forks against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is non-transferable and valid for the lifetime of the product. The program also includes lifetime replacement of frame bearings and a lifetime warranty on carbon handlebars, bottle cages, and Reserve carbon rims.
Damage not covered by the warranty is covered by No-Fault Replacement with discounted replacement parts. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.
