Design and construction
The Norza Comp is built on a modern Carbon MLC (monocoque light carbon) frame with an integrated but easily removable battery. The geometry is nicely balanced - comfortable for long trails, yet agile enough for dynamic riding. The full carbon Carbon Gravel Disc fork allows tires up to about 45 mm wide. The weight of the whole bike is a pleasant 15.9 kg, which is among the best in the e-gravel category in this price class.

The Bosch Performance Line SX motor with up to 600 watts of power and 60 Nm of torque supports the ride. This lightweight sports drive provides smooth and natural assistance, especially on climbs, when riding into the wind or on longer rides, where it helps to keep the pace without disturbing the natural feel of the ride.
The Shimano CUES 1x11 drivetrain offers reliable and precise shifting with a wide gear range for fast road riding and more challenging gravel passages. Shimano CUES hydraulic disc brakes provide a sure dose of stopping power in all weather conditions. Traction and comfort are taken care of by the 45mm Continental Terra Trail tyres, which combine well with speed on tarmac and confidence on light terrain.

Battery Bosch CompactTube 400 Wh
Slim, integrated and compact battery. It fits seamlessly without affecting the aesthetics and handling of the e-bike. The CompactTube 400 battery offers the highest energy density of any Bosch eBike battery with its innovative battery cell technology.

BOSCH LED remote
Fully interconnected LED control unit. The LED remote control is also ready for demanding sports riders. It has all the classic functions you need. More flexibility, comfort and safety. The LED remote connects the e-bike to the eBike Flow app. This makes it possible to show all important riding data, such as ride length or distance travelled, via smartphone and share it. The LED remote control can be individually customised and, in addition to its attractive design, boasts optimal ergonomics and intuitive operation.
Raymon Lifetime Warranty
Starting with the 2025 model year, Raymon offers the RAYMON Care program, which provides a lifetime warranty on the frame for the first owner. This warranty covers structural defects in the frame, but does not apply to paint, bearings, or suspension components. Activation is subject to online registration within 90 days of purchase.
For selected e-bikes (Trailray, Tourray, Crossray, Hardray, and Select specification models from 2025), the RAYMON CarePlus program is available, which extends the warranty on the motor, controls, and battery to 3 years. For batteries, the limit is set at 800 charging cycles or a capacity drop below 70%.
The warranty is void in the event of racing or commercial use, improper tuning, or failure to have the bike serviced regularly by an authorized partner.
