RAYMON Airok Ultra - ultra-lightweight carbon e-MTB for maximum fun
The RAYMON Airok Ultra is the top model in the lightweight e-MTB category. It is a high-performance, agile and ultra-light full-suspension e-bike that is designed for demanding trail riders, enduro riders and anyone looking for maximum riding pleasure at a light weight. Here, German brand Raymon has relied on a premium carbon frame and lightweight Bosch SX system to make the bike feel like a "normal" MTB with electric support.
Design and construction
The Airok Ultra is built on a modern full carbon frame (Carbon HSC Composite) with 150mm of travel at the rear and front. The frame has an integrated but easily removable battery and progressive geometry that provides great handling, stability at higher speeds and playfulness on technical trails.

Battery Bosch CompactTube 400 Wh
Slim, integrated and compact battery. It fits seamlessly without affecting the aesthetics and handling of the e-bike. The CompactTube 400 battery offers the highest energy density of any Bosch eBike battery with its innovative battery cell technology.
With innovative battery cell technology, it offers the perfect combination of energy density, compact design and durability. With its 400 Wh, it provides a reliable power source for a variety of cycling adventures. It offers a great balance between size and performance. With a weight of just under 2kg, it also adds minimal weight to the electric bike, making it easier to handle and more comfortable for longer rides.
BOSCH LED remote
Fully interconnected LED control unit. The LED remote control is also ready for demanding sports riders. It has all the classic functions you need. More flexibility, comfort and safety. The LED remote connects the e-bike to the eBike Flow app. This makes it possible to show all important riding data, such as ride length or distance travelled, via smartphone and share it. The LED remote control can be individually customised and, in addition to its attractive design, boasts optimal ergonomics and intuitive operation.
Raymon Lifetime Warranty
Starting with the 2025 model year, Raymon offers the RAYMON Care program, which provides a lifetime warranty on the frame for the first owner. This warranty covers structural defects in the frame, but does not apply to paint, bearings, or suspension components. Activation is subject to online registration within 90 days of purchase.
For selected e-bikes (Trailray, Tourray, Crossray, Hardray, and Select specification models from 2025), the RAYMON CarePlus program is available, which extends the warranty on the motor, controls, and battery to 3 years. For batteries, the limit is set at 800 charging cycles or a capacity drop below 70%.
The warranty is void in the event of racing or commercial use, improper tuning, or failure to have the bike serviced regularly by an authorized partner.
