An e-bike that combines progressive geometry, a powerful DJI Avinox M2 motor, and high-quality components for sporty off-road riding. The aluminum frame, 29" wheels, and 130 mm travel air fork create a stable and highly maneuverable bike for trails, forest roads, and even more challenging climbs.

At the heart of the e-bike is the DJI Avinox M2, one of the most powerful compact drives in its category. The motor delivers a maximum torque of up to 125 Nm and provides significant assistance on steep climbs and technical ascents. Thanks to its responsive power delivery and the drive’s low weight, the Dust Boost maintains a sporty and natural riding feel.

The integrated 800 Wh DJI Avinox battery ensures plenty of power. Its large capacity is ideal for longer trips and all-day off-road riding. The battery is elegantly concealed within the down tube and, together with the compact motor, contributes to the e-bike’s clean, streamlined appearance.

Suspension is provided by a RockShox Psylo Silver RC Air fork with 130 mm of travel. The fork effectively absorbs bumps and helps keep the front wheel in contact with the ground when riding over roots, rocks, or rough trails. The geometry, featuring a 65° head angle and a long wheelbase, promotes stability on descents, while the sporty frame design maintains good maneuverability.

The large 29" wheels are fitted with wide WTB Peacemaker 29 × 2.4" tires, which provide plenty of traction, comfort, and confidence on unpaved trails. The WTB I30 rims are designed for wider off-road tires and underscore the model’s trail-focused character.

Shifting is handled by the Shimano CUES U6000 1×10 drivetrain with an 11–48-tooth cassette. The wide gear range allows you to comfortably tackle steep climbs as well as faster flat sections. The simple 1×10 setup also offers intuitive control and low maintenance requirements.

Powerful Shimano MT420 hydraulic brakes with four-piston calipers ensure safe stopping power . Combined with a large 203 mm disc, they provide high braking performance and confidence during fast riding and longer descents.

The bike’s sporty character is complemented by a Tranz-X dropper post with up to 200 mm of travel, depending on frame size. With the push of a button, you can quickly lower the saddle before a technical descent to gain more room for actively maneuvering the bike. The bike also comes equipped with a Hermans Nordic E-Bike headlight.

Avinox RS800 Battery

The Avinox RS800 battery, with a high capacity of 800 Wh, combines maximum power with the practicality of a removable system. Weighing 4.0 kg and featuring IP56 protection, it can be easily removed from the frame thanks to a locking mechanism and charged anywhere away from the bike. It delivers an impressive continuous power output of 1300 W and can reach a peak of 1500 W in Boost mode. Intelligent health management ensures 80% capacity retention after 500 cycles, and GaN technology enables ultra-fast charging.

Display Avinox DP100

The display is integrated into the frame of the e-bike. It has a 2" OLED touch panel with a resolution of 326 ppi and a brightness of up to 800 nits, which automatically adjusts to the ambient lighting. It features GPS sensors, a gyroscope, a barometer and support for Bluetooth 5.1, ANT+ and LTE-Cat.1. It allows you to track your route, speed, cadence and performance with 8 GB of internal memory and synchronisation via the app. Control is provided by one or two wireless controllers on the handlebars – the left one for setting the level of assistance and the right one for scrolling through the display (the right controller is only available on selected models). The USB-C port supports fast charging with a power output of up to 65 W.

Extended Warranty on Kross Frames

The Kross brand offers first owners a standard 2-year warranty. A major benefit is the extended frame protection – for hardtail aluminum frames, the original owner receives a lifetime warranty, while full-suspension models and carbon frames are covered by an extended 5-year warranty. Drive systems come with a 2-year warranty (for batteries, capacity is typically guaranteed up to 500 cycles or before dropping below a specified threshold).

To qualify for and maintain the extended frame warranty, you must register online, provide proof of purchase (or an e-warranty) and undergo mandatory regular service inspections at an authorized service center — specifically the 1st inspection within 60 days, annual inspections, and subsequent checks every 3 years.

The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear of consumable parts, damage from falls, neglected maintenance, or any tuning or speed unlocking.
