GIANT Trance X E+ 2. In practice, this means it gets 29" wheels, while the travel has been retained - 150mm at the front and 140mm at the rear. A major new feature is the adjustable geometry via a flip-chip. Thanks to the Giant SyncDrive Pro Yamaha motor, you get 85 Nm of torque and up to 360% boost. The integrated EnergyPak Smart battery has an increased capacity of 625 Wh.

The Trance X E+ Pro is built on an ALUXX SL aluminium frame with a carbon top link and provides 140mm of travel through the Maestro suspension. The latest generation of suspension brings one major innovation - thanks to the flip-chip, you can easily adjust the frame geometry to suit your riding style. You can have the head tube angle steeper or flatter, the seat tube angle is then 76.7 or 76 degrees, which is also reflected in the height of the centre of pedal(BB drop), which is either 20 or 30 mm.

The Giant SyncDrive Pro Yamaha mid-motor delivers a high 85Nm of torque and offers up to 400% boost. In addition to five riding modes, there is also a fully automatic adjustment of the amount of support(Smart Assist). The motor takes its power from a 625 Wh EnergyPak Smart battery. For very fast battery charging, you get a Smart Charger 6-amp charger with the bike . The bike frame is ready for the installation of a second EnergyPak Plus battery, which adds an additional 250 Wh for even more range. The Giant RideControl Ergo control unit allows for the additional installation of a compatible display, which is also offered as an option.

With Bluetooth connectivity, you can then pair your bike with the RideControl app that you download to your smartphone (downloadable for Android, iOS). This app gives you, for example, adjustments to the amount of support in all riding modes or various fitness functions. The ANT+ connectivity will also allow you to connect your e-bike with some devices that use this modern communication protocol (bike computers, sports navigation and sporttesters). All three models on offer have 1x12 gearing with a wide range of gears, a telescopic saddle with handlebar controls, and wider rims and tyres are also important for greater comfort and safe off-road riding - all models therefore have 2.6" tubeless tyres on rims with an internal width of 30 mm.

GIANT SyncDrive Pro 85 Nm by Yamaha

The latest generation SyncDrive Pro is significantly more compact and lighter than its predecessor, but still impresses with up to 85 Nm of torque.

At the strongest of the five levels of support, SyncDrive Pro should deliver about four times what the rider develops. Using multiple sensors that also take into account the gradient of the incline, the dynamic and progressive SmartAssist mode cleverly adjusts the level of support to the riding situation.

Baterry GIANT EnergyPak Smart 625 Wh

Battery designed for Giant and Liv electric bikes, which have the battery integrated in the lower frame tube. It has an extra capacity of 625 Wh for a really high range.

Ride Control Go

System RideControl Go is available on premium Giant E-bikes, RideControl Go features a multipurpose button integrated into the top tube. Colored LEDs allow you to switch power modes from the top tube and keep a clean handlebar setup. The lights also display battery level and support mode.
