Santa Cruz Bicycles provides the original owner with a lifetime warranty on the frame and rigid forks against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is non-transferable and valid for the lifetime of the product. The program also includes lifetime replacement of frame bearings and a lifetime warranty on carbon handlebars, bottle cages, and Reserve carbon rims.
Damage not covered by the warranty is covered by No-Fault Replacement with discounted replacement parts. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.
We recommend registering your e-bike on the manufacturer's website (Owners Club), which may facilitate the processing of any future claims.
