A new women's top-of-the-line e-bike model with a comfortable Cross Fun geometry and MONO frame for easy boarding - for more comfort and control. The e-bike is powered by a powerful Shimano EP8 mid-motor, offering 21% more power compared to the previously most powerful Shimano E8000 motor. 10% less weight with a total of 2.6 kg thanks to the use of magnesium for the motor block. 36% less friction and drag when pedalling with the drive off or above the motor assist speed limit. The motor is equipped with a torsion sensor that assists according to how hard you pedal.
Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, the e-bike can be linked to the E-TUBE PROJECT app (downloadable for Android, iOS), which allows individual motor settings. Power is provided by the reliable 504 Wh Darfon battery, which is enough for really long trips.the model is built on 29" wheels for fast riding on bike paths and all-day touring. Just to the left hand side is the Shimano SC-E6100 control unit. It provides a clear display illustrating the various functions of the system. The unit also doubles as a support switch, allowing the rider to increase or decrease the level of support with large, easily accessible buttons.
Comfort is taken care of by a suspension fork with 80mm travel, and safe stopping is the job of Shimano's powerful hydraulic brakes. The e-bike is fitted with full touring equipment such as a rack, mudguards, kickstand, lights and lock. In terms of additional comfort, you'll appreciate the WTB Riddler Comp 29x1.75" tyres with reflective stripe and the Block Lock head tube, which protects against damage to the frame from the handlebars in a fall.
