The modern AL 6061 aluminum frame with 160 mm of travel and a 29"/27.5" mullet wheel configuration combines stability at high speeds with excellent agility on narrow trails and challenging descents.
At the heart of the bike is the latest 5th-generation Bosch Performance Line CX motor with up to 100 Nm of torque and an integrated 800 Wh Bosch PowerTube battery. This combination provides plenty of power for long mountain climbs, technical trails, and all-day off-road adventures. The bike also features a Bosch Purion 400 color display with support for the Bosch Smart System and connectivity to the eBike Flow app.
Top-tier RockShox suspension ensures first-class riding performance. Bosch Performance Line CX 5th generation engine
The 5th generation motor offers 120 Nm and a peak power of 750 W. Thanks to the magnesium housing, it is lighter (2.8 kg) and quieter. The new mounting system makes installation easier. Improved sensors measure rider inputs more accurately, ensuring a more natural power transfer. The motor has hill-start and walk assist for added comfort. Lower weight improves maneuverability and component durability. Auto mode automatically adjusts terrain assistance. Compatibility with Bosch smart systems allows tracking of ride details, making planning and the ride itself easier.
Battery Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh
Maximum energy for long rides. Designed for riders who want maximum range, high reliability, and clean design. Modern technology and full compatibility with the Bosch Smart System. It uses advanced lithium-ion cells and a sophisticated Battery Management System (BMS) that protects the battery against overheating, overcharging, deep discharge, and short circuits. Weight around 3.9 kg.
Designed to be well protected against water, mud, and mechanical damage. With a standard 4A charger, it reaches approximately 50% capacity in about 2.5 hours and a full charge in less than 7 hours. It is gentle on the cells and promotes long battery life.
Raymon Lifetime Warranty
Starting with the 2025 model year, Raymon offers the RAYMON Care program, which provides a lifetime warranty on the frame for the first owner. This warranty covers structural defects in the frame, but does not apply to paint, bearings, or suspension components. Activation is subject to online registration within 90 days of purchase.
For selected e-bikes (Trailray, Tourray, Crossray, Hardray, and Select specification models from 2025), the RAYMON CarePlus program is available, which extends the warranty on the motor, controls, and battery to 3 years. For batteries, the limit is set at 800 charging cycles or a capacity drop below 70%.
The warranty is void in the event of racing or commercial use, improper tuning, or failure to have the bike serviced regularly by an authorized partner.
