The Raymon Trailray 180 Pro 2025 is a rugged enduro e-bike designed for tough terrain. It offers a combination of top performance, modern geometry and balanced equipment. It is powered by a Yamaha PW-XM motor (85 Nm, 250 W nominal, up to 600 W peak) powered by a powerful 800 Wh battery, ensuring long endurance even on hilly terrain. The combination of 29"/27.5" wheels (mullet setup) along with a 6061 aluminum alloy frame with 170mm of travel provides both stability and handling.
The bike is fitted with RockShox ZEB Select+ suspension (180mm front) and RockShox Vivid Coil Select+ suspension (230x65mm rear). Braking is handled by Shimano SLX BR-M7120 four-piston hydraulic brakes with 203mm discs. Shimano SLX derailleur, cassette and shifting (12 speeds, 10-51 teeth) ensure smooth operation even in extreme conditions. The Sigma EOX View 700 display and minimalist Yamaha Interface X control interface deliver intuitive control.

Yamaha PW-XM centre motor
The Yamaha PW-XM is a premium motor for mountain bikes that impresses with an extremely low weight of 2.6 kg and a powerful torque of 85 Nm. Thanks to its magnesium construction, it offers efficient cooling and high reliability even on rough terrain.
It is compatible with PW-X3 and PWseries S2 platforms, allowing manufacturers to easily integrate it into existing frames. Advanced technologies provide smooth and natural assistance, making the PW-XM the ideal choice for high-performance eMTBs.
Battery Li-Ion 800 Wh
High-capacity Li-Ion 800 Wh / 20 Ah battery. It is integrated into the frame of the e-bike and supplies power to the entire system. Thanks to its central mounting, the e-bike is perfectly balanced, stable, and easy to control. The battery can power the e-bike for up to 200 km on a single charge (depending on conditions).
Of course, it is equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System) board, which protects it from overheating, short circuits, or overcharging. You can charge the battery directly on the e-bike carrier, or you can remove it for charging. A completely discharged battery can be charged to full capacity in 5 hours.
Yamaha Interface X
The Interface X, with its striking, minimalist design, is mounted in a safe location behind the handlebars on the left side of the stem, providing the rider with important, easy-to-read information so they can focus fully on the road ahead. The simple display features LED indicators in a strip style with different colors for the Assist mode and battery status—and an ergonomic remote switch is available for positive and efficient control. Display Sigma EOX VIEW 700
Sigma EOX® View 700 wireless bike computer. 2u0022 LED backlit display, maximum battery life 8760 hours, compatible with Android and iOS, Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity. Easy to use and reliably displays the most important functions of your e-bike. The 2" display clearly shows speed, assistance mode, battery status, and lighting status. It is easy and intuitive to operate using three buttons. Waterproof - IPx7-Protected against immersion in water. Immersion for 30 minutes to a depth of 1 meter. Can be easily attached using the Over-Clamp Butler mount above the stem of the e-bike.
Raymon Lifetime Warranty
Starting with the 2025 model year, Raymon offers the RAYMON Care program, which provides a lifetime warranty on the frame for the first owner. This warranty covers structural defects in the frame, but does not apply to paint, bearings, or suspension components. Activation is subject to online registration within 90 days of purchase.
For selected e-bikes (Trailray, Tourray, Crossray, Hardray, and Select specification models from 2025), the RAYMON CarePlus program is available, which extends the warranty on the motor, controls, and battery to 3 years. For batteries, the limit is set at 800 charging cycles or a capacity drop below 70%.
The warranty is void in the event of racing or commercial use, improper tuning, or failure to have the bike serviced regularly by an authorized partner.
