RAYMON Trailray 170 Pro

The RAYMON TrailRay 170 Pro is a powerful trail e-bike built for the toughest terrain. With a durable Alloy 6061 aluminium frame, 160mm of travel and 29" wheels, it offers maximum stability and confidence on the trail. Smooth running is ensured by Yamaha's top-of-the-line PW-X3 motor with 85Nm of torque, powered by an integrated 800Wh battery. Keeping track of all activities is a matter of course thanks to the Yamaha Interface X Bluetooth display and the additional Sigma EOX View 700.

The chassis consists of a high-quality RockShox suspension - a ZEB Select fork with 170 mm travel at the front and a Super Deluxe Select shock (230x65 mm) at the rear. Precision shifting is provided by a 12-speed Shimano SLX groupset with a 10-51T cassette, while the Shimano SLX four-piston brakes (203 mm discs) provide strong and reliable stopping power.

Other features include a 34.9mm telescopic seatpost, Raymon 143 VM Fit saddle or Raymon cockpit with comfortable MTB grips. The tyres are aggressive Schwalbe Tacky Chan Evo (29x2.4) tyres in Super Trail and Super Gravity variants with ADDIX soft compounds for maximum grip.

Wheel weight is 25.3 kg and maximum load capacity is 130 kg. The ideal choice for riders who demand performance, control and durability in one package.

Centre motor Yamaha PW-X3

The Yamaha PW-X3 is the latest power unit for the e-MTB, featuring an ultra-compact design, low weight (2.75 kg) and high torque of 85 Nm. With instant pedaling response and intelligent auto-assist mode, it delivers a smooth and powerful riding experience even on challenging terrain.

The motor is approximately 20% smaller and 10% lighter than its predecessor, allowing bike manufacturers greater flexibility in frame design. With optimal Q-factor and natural power transfer, the PW-X3 creates the perfect connection between rider and bike - all summed up by Yamaha's Pure Ride philosophy.

Battery Li-Ion 800 Wh

High-capacity Li-Ion 800 Wh / 20 Ah battery. It is integrated into the frame of the e-bike and supplies power to the entire system. Thanks to its central mounting, the e-bike is perfectly balanced, stable, and easy to control. The battery can power the e-bike for up to 200 km on a single charge (depending on conditions).

Of course, it is equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System) board, which protects it from overheating, short circuits, or overcharging. You can charge the battery directly on the e-bike carrier, or you can remove it for charging. A completely discharged battery can be charged to full capacity in 5 hours.

Yamaha Interface X

The Interface X, with its striking, minimalist design, is mounted in a safe location behind the handlebars on the left side of the stem, providing the rider with important, easy-to-read information so they can focus fully on the road ahead. The simple display features LED indicators in a strip style with different colors for the Assist mode and battery status—and an ergonomic remote switch is available for positive and efficient control. Display Sigma EOX VIEW 700

Sigma EOX® View 700 wireless bike computer. 2u0022 LED backlit display, maximum battery life 8760 hours, compatible with Android and iOS, Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity. Easy to use and reliably displays the most important functions of your e-bike. The 2" display clearly shows speed, assistance mode, battery status, and lighting status. It is easy and intuitive to operate using three buttons. Waterproof - IPx7-Protected against immersion in water. Immersion for 30 minutes to a depth of 1 meter. Can be easily attached using the Over-Clamp Butler mount above the stem of the e-bike.
