Ultra-compact power
Weighing just 2.75 kg, the PW-X3 is 10% lighter than its predecessor and approximately 20% smaller than the PW-X2. Its compact design gives e-bike manufacturers more freedom in frame design, suspension and ground clearance. The result is better handling and higher performance - without compromise.
85 Nm of torque for any terrain
The PW-X3 delivers a maximum torque of 85Nm, allowing it to smoothly tackle even the most challenging terrain - from steep climbs to slippery, sandy or muddy surfaces. Thanks to the engine's design, power transfer is instantaneous - support starts at the first pedal press, without the need to turn the crank.
Natural response and optimal geometry
The PW-X3 retains the 128mm axis with ISIS interface, offering the best possible Q-factor. This ensures a natural pedaling feel and smooth interaction with the bike as if it were part of the rider's body. This mechanical harmony is the key to what Yamaha calls the Pure Ride experience.
Intelligent Automatic Support Mode
For maximum convenience, the PW-X3 delivers an intelligent auto-assist mode that adapts to the current driving conditions. The rider can choose between Eco, Standard and High Performance modes, with the system adjusting the level of assistance itself - less on the flat, more on the climb.
