Raymon Crossray Pro - a comfortable all-rounder

A full-suspension e-bike that blends full-suspension e-MTB and SUV e-bikes to handle everyday use and weekend adventures off the tarmac. Designed for riders who want one versatile bike for commuting, family outings and lighter terrain, and appreciate comfort, stability and high performance.

At the heart of the bike is Yamaha's PW-X3 engine, with 85Nm of torque, offering a punchy but natural grip even on steeper climbs. Power is supplied by a fully integrated 800 Wh battery, so you can take on long rides without worry. Control is provided by the clear Yamaha Display B.

The alloy 6061 aluminium frame with 29" wheels combines stable geometry with off-road confidence. Suspension consists of an SR Suntour XCR34X Boost air fork with 120mm travel and an SR Suntour EdgeX R rear shock that effectively filters out bumps on and off the road.

Safe braking is provided by Tektro Volans four-piston hydraulic brakes with 180mm discs. Shimano Deore 1×12 shifting with a 10-51 tooth cassette provides a wide gear range, while Schwalbe Advancer Hybrid tyres provide confidence on tarmac and gravel. There's also a telescopic seatpost, rack, mudguards and powerful lighting.

Centre motor Yamaha PW-X3

The Yamaha PW-X3 is the latest power unit for the e-MTB, featuring an ultra-compact design, low weight (2.75 kg) and high torque of 85 Nm. With instant pedaling response and intelligent auto-assist mode, it delivers a smooth and powerful riding experience even on challenging terrain.

The motor is approximately 20% smaller and 10% lighter than its predecessor, allowing bike manufacturers greater flexibility in frame design. With optimal Q-factor and natural power transfer, the PW-X3 creates the perfect connection between rider and bike - all summed up by Yamaha's Pure Ride philosophy.

Battery Li-Ion 800 Wh

High-capacity Li-Ion 800 Wh / 20 Ah battery. It is integrated into the frame of the e-bike and supplies power to the entire system. Thanks to its central mounting, the e-bike is perfectly balanced, stable, and easy to control. The battery can power the e-bike for up to 200 km on a single charge (depending on conditions).

Of course, it is equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System) board, which protects it from overheating, short circuits, or overcharging. You can charge the battery directly on the e-bike carrier, or you can remove it for charging. A completely discharged battery can be charged to full capacity in 5 hours.
