Hybrid Cycling technology combines the natural feel of traditional cycling with intelligent electrical support. Hybrid Cycling works with precision sensors that monitor pedaling power, cadence and speed. Based on this data, the motor delivers exactly the power the rider needs at any given moment. The result is a natural, smooth and quiet ride, without jerky reactions or a feeling of "engine push". It also contributes to better efficiency and longer range because the system only uses battery power when it is actually needed. This not only makes driving more comfortable but also more economical.
All SyncDrive engines use Smart Assist technology, which adapts engine assistance to the needs of the driver. It is the only system in the e-bike category that uses both rider data and feedback from the field to determine the ideal level of engine support, using information from multiple sensors. It delivers a smooth and natural ride with enough power for the riding situation, while saving power when less is needed.
LIV Tempt E+ EX 2026: the versatile women's e-bike for trail and everyday riding
The LIV Tempt E+ EX is a modern hardtail e-MTB designed specifically for women that combines fun on forest trails and lighter trails with practical usability for commuting, trips or shopping. As an "EX" version, it offers extra features over the base Tempt E+ model - an integrated kickstand, front light, rack prep and other goodies that make the bike great for real life.
Lightweight and elegant frame with feminine geometry
At the heart of the bike is an ALUXX aluminium frame with a modern trapezoidal shape for easy entry. A new integrated head tube design with fewer welds gives the bike a sleek, carbon-like look while maintaining light weight and excellent stiffness. The geometry is tuned for women - comfortable seating, low center of gravity and great handling both off-road and in the city.
Sizes: XS and S with 27.5" wheels (for shorter riders and more agility), M and L with 29" wheels (for stability and speed).
Powerful and natural drive
At the heart of the e-bike is the Giant SyncDrive Sport 2 motor (Yamaha-based) with 75 Nm of torque. Thanks to the six-sensor PedalPlus system, it provides very smooth, intuitive and natural pedaling support - you don't feel any jerking, but rather a natural empowerment.
- Battery: removable Giant EnergyPak Smart 430 Whbattery with aluminium housing (highest safety standard EN50604, CO₂ neutral production).
- Range: Extreme ~57 km | Good ~88 km | Ideal ~115 km (significantly more with optional range extender +200 Wh).
- Control: RideControl Dash 2 colour display with excellent visibility, 5 support modes + automatic Smart Assist, USB-C charging (10W) and RideControl app support with E-Lock (remote locking) and Apple Find My compatibility.
