Hybrid Cycling technology combines the natural feel of traditional cycling with intelligent electrical support. Hybrid Cycling works with precise sensors that monitor pedaling power, cadence and speed. Based on this data, the motor delivers exactly the power the rider needs at any given moment. The result is a natural, smooth and quiet ride, without jerky reactions or a feeling of "engine push". It also contributes to better efficiency and longer range because the system only uses battery power when it is actually needed. This makes driving not only more comfortable, but also more economical.
All SyncDrive engines use Smart Assist technology, which adapts engine assistance to the needs of the driver. It is the only system in the e-bike category that uses both rider data and feedback from the field to determine the ideal level of engine support, using information from multiple sensors. It delivers a smooth and natural ride with enough power for the riding situation, while saving power when less is needed.
E-Lock System is a modern electronic security system that significantly increases protection against theft. The system is fully integrated into the electronics of the e-bike and linked to the RideControl / Giant E-Bike App. When E-Lock is activated, the drive system is electronically locked so that the e-bike cannot be used or ridden without the owner's authorisation. Unlocking is done simply via an app on a smartphone or via a paired display.

The Liv Lurra E+ EX is a strong step into the world of trail e-MTBs for women who want to combine performance, handling and practicality. Built on the concept of a hardtail e-MTB, a rigid rear frame coupled with a quality front fork, this model is designed to handle technical forest trails, relaxed weekend trips and longer commutes.
Design and construction
The Liv Lurra E+ EX is based on a solid ALUX aluminum frame that delivers excellent durability at a lighter weight, optimized mass distribution, and elegant battery integration into the frame down tube. The integrated design improves stability and gives the bike a modern, sleek look.
The front fork with 130mm of travel smoothly absorbs uneven terrain and gives the rider confidence on forest roads and steeper descents. The choice between 27.5" and 29" wheels depending on frame size ensures that the bike fits riders of different heights and the riding style remains stable and confident.
Drive and assistance
At the heart of this e-MTB is the Giant SyncDrive Sport 2 electric motor, which delivers 85Nm of torque and up to 400% of your pedaling assistance. This means that even on tough climbs or longer trails, you have smooth, responsive and efficient assistance that makes your ride easier and more comfortable.
Plus, Smart Assist technology automatically adjusts the level of assistance to your riding style and the nature of the terrain, so support comes exactly where you need it.
Battery and range
The LIV Lurra E+ EX features an integrated EnergyPak Smart battery with up to 750 Wh (in some versions), providing great range for longer trips or weekend adventures. The exact range depends on the terrain, riding style and the level of assistance selected, but you can normally expect close to 100-150 km on a single charge with a combination of power and economy modes.

The e-bike features a clear RideControl Dash display that shows battery level, speed, distance travelled and selected assistance mode and can be paired with an app for advanced data and notifications.

Battery designed for Giant and Liv electric bikes, which have a battery integrated in the bottom frame tube, with an extra 750 Wh capacity for a really high range. At the same time, it's still easily removable so you can charge it separately if needed.
This is the latest generation and highest quality battery technology that is purely integrated into the frame. It features an advanced Battery Management System for continuous communication between the battery and charger to optimize charging performance.
