Among the new features of this e-bike are a fully integrated frame battery using powerful LG cells with a capacity of 17.5Ah (630Wh) and a USB port (which can be used to charge your phone, navigation system etc). Another plus is a fast charger with a charging current of 3A. This will significantly reduce the battery charging time. This e-bike is equipped with a Bafang MODEST central motor providing nominal power of 250W and maximum power of 350W. Among other things, this engine boasts high torque of up to 80Nm and is equipped with an integrated speed sensor. The Bafang MODEST electric motor has quickly become one of the established central drives thanks to its high-quality workmanship. It also excels in very smooth and quiet operation and above-average climbing performance. The system is controlled by a colour LCD display and a push-button control located on the handlebars.
The LCD display, which has a Day and a Night mode, provides you with the necessary information - the current, maximum and average speeds; the distance travelled; the degree of battery assist and most importantly, the amount of charge remaining in the battery. This model offers 5 degrees of battery assist and a 'walk' function. The battery can hold a charge for approximately 130 km.

This type of motor doesn't use torque/pressure sensor. It's equiped with integrated rev counter instead which computes signals of pedaling and reads rev frequency from the main axle. This allows for MAXDRIVE motor to be more price competitive and represents much better value than motors that use torque sensor. It can also be easily modified by adding gear sensor.
