SHIMANO NEXUS 8 – a reliable hub gear system
The Shimano Nexus 8 is an 8-speed hub gear system, ideal for city and touring bikes. It offers smooth shifting (even when stopped), low maintenance, and a long service life, making it the perfect choice for everyday riding.
This compact e-bike is a sportier version of the popular city bike platform, featuring wide 20" wheels. The low-step aluminum frame (Wave) offers excellent maneuverability, easy mounting, and a secure footing. Unlike purely urban versions, this model is equipped with wider Innova Cross tires (70 mm wide) featuring a more pronounced off-road tread pattern, which provide excellent traction and confidence not only on city streets but also on gravel, dirt roads, and forest trails.
Power and dynamic performance are provided by the Bosch Performance Line Smart System mid-drive motor with 75 Nm of torque, powered by a fully integrated, high-capacity Bosch PowerTube 720 Wh battery. This powerful system guarantees ample power even on steep climbs and a long range. The Bosch Purion 200 color display, located near the handlebar, provides an overview of all data. A significant change is the use of a classic 8-speed Shimano Altus derailleur with an 11–34T cassette, which offers more direct gear ratios and a sportier ride character on varied terrain.
Reliable and easily modulated stopping power is provided by Shimano MT220 hydraulic disc brakes. Despite its off-road focus, the bike comes fully equipped with practical features for everyday use: an adjustable stem (10–90°), a wide, comfortable Selle Royal On Relaxed Plus saddle, a MIK HD rear rack with a load capacity of up to 27 kg, fenders, and powerful Herrmans MR8 LED lights (180 lm) with a rear brake light.

Bosch Performance Line Motor
The Bosch Performance Line drive unit (BDU346Y) for the Smart System is the ideal choice for versatile e-bikes, combining a lightweight design (2.8 kg) with top-tier performance of up to 600 W and 75 Nm of torque. With powerful pedal assistance of 340% and a maximum speed of 25 km/h, it ensures an energetic yet smooth riding experience in both urban and hilly terrain. The motor is equipped with advanced features such as Hill Hold to prevent rolling backward on hills and smart push assistance, while its integration with the eBike Flow app offers maximum control and customizable riding modes.
Bosch PowerTube 720 Battery
The Bosch PowerTube 720 is designed for demanding cyclists who need a range of up to 185 km. With a high capacity of 720 Wh (19.4 Ah) and a weight of 3.9 kg, it provides reliable power for long rides and off-road terrain. The battery works with the Bosch Smart System and enables the use of DualBattery technology for extreme range on multi-day expeditions.
When charging with the 4A Charger, you can reach 50% charge in 2.3 hours and 100% in 6 hours. With the 2A Charger, charging to 50% takes approximately 5.3 hours, and to 100% takes a full 11 hours.
Display Bosch Purion 200
Control unit with compact colour display and fully networked Smart System. The Purion 200 offers a range of features for an even better ride. For example, in addition to basic functions such as switching the e-bike on and off and lighting, you can also activate the smart push assistant with the Purion 200's buttons to make pushing your e-bike while walking easier. At the touch of a button, you can change the display in seconds and easily select the information that's important to you at the time: for example, keep track of the remaining range, see how far you've gone or check your pedalling frequency.
Extended 6-year warranty on Corratec frames
Corratec offers an above-standard extended warranty on frames for a total of 6 years. This benefit is intended exclusively for the first owner and is not transferable to other persons.
The basic condition is online registration within 14 days of purchasing the bike. If you do not register in time, only the standard two-year warranty applies.
For the warranty to be valid, follow the instructions and avoid racing or extreme loads unless the bike is specifically designed for them.
