The Light Assist E-MTB category combines the sporty character of a classic mountain bike with the benefits of a modern electric drive. The carbon frame, 29" wheels, and 140 mm of front travel and 130 mm of rear travel make it the ideal machine for fast climbs, technical trails, and all-day riding in mountainous terrain. Thanks to its low weight of around 18 kg, the bike feels exceptionally agile and natural.
Electric assistance is provided by the Bosch Performance Line SX Smart System with up to 55 Nm of torque. The compact motor delivers natural pedaling support while offering very low resistance when riding without assistance. The integrated 400 Wh Bosch CompactTube battery keeps the bike’s weight low and its dimensions compact. If needed, the battery capacity can be expanded using a compatible 250 Wh Bosch PowerMore Range Extender. The system is controlled via the Bosch Mini Remote and System Controller.
The bike is built around a highly engineered Sonic carbon frame, which offers high stiffness while maintaining a low weight. The full-suspension design, with 140 mm of travel up front and 130 mm in the rear, provides ample comfort and traction on rough trails. The RockShox Pike fork, together with the RockShox Deluxe Select+ RL rear shock, effectively absorbs roots, rocks, and other terrain irregularities and helps maintain the bike’s stability during fast sections.
A major advantage of this model is the SRAM GX Eagle AXS Transmission 1×12 wireless electronic shifting system. Twelve gears with a wide-range cassette make it easy to tackle steep climbs and fast descents. The AXS shifting system offers fast and precise gear changes without traditional shift cables, contributing to a clean cockpit look.
Powerful TRP C2.3 RX hydraulic disc brakes with 203 mm rotors front and rear ensure safe stopping power. Large 29" wheels with Schwalbe Nobby Nic Performance 29 × 2.40" tires offer excellent stability, traction, and confidence on gravel, forest trails, and technical trails. The Mavic E-Crosstrail SL wheels are designed with both light weight and demanding off-road use in mind.
The bike’s sporty character is complemented by the LIMOTEC Alpha Series A1-UH Ultra Lite dropper post with 125 mm of travel, which allows you to quickly lower the saddle before technical descents. Another practical feature is the MonkeyLink Twinlight rear light and the option to add a MonkeyLink Connect front light. The bike’s total weight capacity is up to 130 kg.
