Tern Extended 10-Year Warranty

As part of the Tern Care program, Tern offers an extended 10-year warranty on the frame, rigid fork, and handlepost. This protection covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner.

The basic condition is online registration within 30 days of purchasing the bike. Without this registration, or for subsequent owners, only the standard statutory warranty period applies. Other original Tern or BioLogic parts are covered by a one-year warranty.

The warranty applies to private use and requires regular maintenance.
