SpeedBox Tracker - Tracking system for e-bike protection

Safety lock - automatic activation
The tracker is activated by movement and from then on monitors any movement of the e-bike. If the Tracker is locked in the app, you'll get an instant notification on your phone if it's tampered with. The lock is activated 1 minute after being turned on in the app to prevent false alarms shortly after locking the bike.

Track the position of the e-bike
Thanks to the SpeedBox Tracker, you always have an overview of the current position of your e-bike. You can track its every move directly in the app on your phone.

Regular position data collection
When moving and with a good signal (mobile data), the Tracker stores position data approximately every 3 seconds and sends it to the server every 30 seconds, ensuring very accurate tracking. The Tracker uses IoT networks covering Europe (currently excluding Poland, Sweden and Bulgaria).

Advanced power and battery status information
The SpeedBox Tracker is powered by the e-bike's battery and also has an integrated backup battery to ensure its functionality even when the e-bike is switched off. The app notifies low battery with a mobile alert. If the e-bike is not moving, the Tracker automatically goes into sleep mode with minimal power consumption.

Transport mode
This mode is for transporting the e-bike. When activated, the ride is not recorded in the route history.

Daily status check
Every day the Tracker sends information about its location and battery status to the server (if conditions allow).

Pricing and services
By purchasing the SpeedBox Tracker you get a subscription to the services for one year. This period starts with the first connection of the device to the server. Before the end of the subscription period, you will receive an email with renewal instructions. 

SpeedBox Tracker app

The SpeedBox Tracker app is designed specifically for SpeedBox Tracker devices. It connects the e-bike to your mobile phone using Bluetooth technology. After pairing, you can see current riding data, bike position, battery status and much more in the app.

Installation

Before installing the SpeedBox Tracker, make sure you have enough space in the frame of the e-bike or around the motor to position the device so that it does not obstruct the motor cover or access to the control unit.
