Motor lock - automatic activation
The Tracker is activated by movement and from that moment starts monitoring any movements of the e-bike. If the Tracker is locked in the mobile app, a notification is immediately sent to the phone. The lock is activated 1 minute after being switched on in the app (to eliminate false alarms shortly after locking the e-bike).

Tracking the position of the e-bike
Thanks to the SpeedBox Tracker, you always have an overview of the current location of your e-bike. In the SpeedBox Tracker app, you can track every movement directly on your mobile device.

Regular collection of position data
In case of movement and good signal coverage (mobile data), the position data of the e-bike is collected approximately every 3 seconds and sent to the server by the Tracker every half a minute, ensuring high tracking accuracy. The Tracker uses IoT networks with coverage across Europe (except for Poland, Sweden and Bulgaria for now).

Advanced power and battery status information
The SpeedBox Tracker is powered by the e-bike battery. In addition, it has an integrated backup battery that ensures its functionality even when the e-bike is switched off. Low or full battery status is signalled to the mobile phone. If the Tracker is not moving, it goes into sleep mode with minimal power consumption.

Transport mode
This mode is for transporting the e-bike. When transport mode is enabled, the ride will not be logged in the tracker route.

Periodic wake-up every day
Every morning, the Tracker will try to send location and battery status information to the server.

Pricing and services
Purchase of the SpeedBox Tracker gives you a subscription to the services for one year. This period starts with the first connection to the server. Before the end of the subscription period, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to renew your subscription. The annual subscription then costs 600 CZK including VAT.

SpeedBox Tracker app

The SpeedBox Tracker app designed specifically for the SpeedBox Tracker for Bosch uses Bluetooth technology to connect your e-bike to your mobile phone. After downloading the app and connecting your mobile phone to the e-bike, you can see the current ride data, e-bike location, battery status, etc. on the phone's display.

Installation

Before installing the SpeedBox Tracker, make sure you have enough space in the frame of the e-bike or around the motor to position the device so that it does not obstruct the motor cover or access to the control unit.
