SpeedBox 3.1 - Tuning chip for TQ HPR50 engines with speed limit setting

SpeedBox 3.1 is a third generation chip for tuning electric bikes equipped with TQ HPR50 engine. It allows for any speed limit setting. After installation, the display shows real data - maximum and average speed, daily mileage and estimated range.

How SpeedBox 3.1 for TQ works

Activate tuning by short pressing the assist modes: ↑↓↑↓ or ↓↑↓↑. The display will briefly show 99 KMH, indicating that tuning is active and you can drive at an unlimited speed limited only by the frequency of your pedaling.

Do the same to deactivate tuning - the display will show 25 KMH.

Alternatively, you can activate or deactivate tuning by holding the WALK button and then pressing ↑↓.

It is recommended to activate/deactivate the tuning before starting to drive.

Maximum speed setting

Set the speed limit by switching the modes ↓↓↓ and ↑↑↑ successively . The display will then show the current limit.

The limit can be changed by turning the rear wheel. Each revolution increases the speed by 5 km/h. You can also use the combination WALK + ↑↓ to change the limit .

The last selected limit is automatically saved after 5 seconds of inactivity.

Installation

We use the original connectors for correct and simple wiring. Detailed instructions and video instructions are provided so that everyone can handle the assembly.

Disassembly is as easy as assembly. If you have any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note: If you want to install the SpeedBox on a brand new e-bike, first drive at least 10 km before activating the tuning.

Please note that operating modified e-bikes on public roads may be against the law in some countries. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of SpeedBox products.

SpeedBox tuned e-bikes are not intended for use on roads, cycle paths or public areas. Their use is only permitted on private property and at your own risk.

Use of the product may void the e-bike warranty.
