If you decide to purchase online - on the greatebike.eu website, we provide maximum information and data about individual e-bikes to make your choice as easy as possible. For most models, you will find real (non-studio) photos as well as the strong and weak points of each model.

Free customer service line

For our future customers, we operate an info line at info@greatebike.eu or WhatsApp. Here you can ask any question regarding e-bikes, or place your order, on working days between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Free exchange within 30 days

If, despite this, the e-bike you ordered online on our website and which we sent to you does not meet your requirements (e.g., unsuitable frame size or geometry), you can exchange it for another e-bike of the same or higher value free of charge and without giving a reason up to 30 days after purchase.

 



Terms and Conditions of Risk-Free E-bike Purchase:

  • The e-bike must be returned within 30 days of purchase, i.e., sent by a transport service to the shop address in the original transport packaging, including all accessories (battery, charger, manual).
     
  • The total number of kilometers ridden on the odometer must not exceed 5 km. The exchanged e-bike must not show signs of damage and use – for example, visible wear on tires, scratches on the frame paint, and visible wear on bicycle components (this also applies to any damage caused during return transport due to insufficiently packed e-bike).
     
  • In case the above conditions are not met, please understand that greatebike.eu has the right to calculate reasonable costs to restore the product to its original condition before the sale.
     


How does the Risk-Free E-bike Purchase work?

  • The „Risk-Free E-bike Purchase“ service is activated free of charge for all e-bike orders placed via the „greatebike.eu“ e-shop or by personal purchase.
     
  • To observe the exchange period, we require the customer's request for exchange to be sent by email to info@greatebike.eu no later than the 29th calendar day after purchase to the shop address.

    The customer's request must contain:
    Date of purchase, Model, Type, and Serial number of the e-bike
    (alternatively, a scanned or photographed copy of the tax document - invoice can be sent).
     
  • Shipping costs for returning goods to greatebike.eu and costs for sending a replacement product are covered by the customer.
     
  • The model and variant of the e-bike for the exchange can be agreed upon by phone or via email. Exchanges are only possible for goods in stock at greatebike.eu, or for goods that greatebike.eu is able to supply from the supplier within 10 days.
     
  • Goods can be sent/issued only after any additional payment has been made to the greatebike.eu account. Exceptionally, by agreement with the seller, a product of lower value can be exchanged.
     


What can the Risk-Free E-bike Purchase be used for?

  • This offer can be used when purchasing a new e-bike (or bicycle) via the greatebike.eu e-shop.
     
  • If accessories were purchased and installed together with the e-bike, they will be installed on the selected replacement e-bike at the customer's request.
     
  • The offer does not apply to e-bikes that were specifically modified according to the customer's wishes before sale (conversions and kits, software modifications, painting, component changes). The offer also does not apply to used and test e-bikes.
