The Revolt E+ is built on an aluminium frame made from high-quality ALUXX SL alloy, with a carbon front fork made from Advanced Composite and an OverDrive 2 steering column. The new SyncDrive Pro Shimano EP8 mid-motor has a high torque of 85 Nm and, in addition to five riding modes that are manually selectable (support is up to 360%), it also offers an automatic adjustment of the amount of motor support (called Smart Assist mode) so that you don't have to worry about a thing while riding. A smooth connection between the engine and your own power is ensured by PedalPlus technology, which adds two more sensors to the four basic sensors for Smart Assist mode - an accelerometer and a tilt sensor.

The new Giant EnergyPak Smart lithium battery integrated in the downtube has a 500 Wh capacity. Plus, there's the option to mount a second EnergyPak Plus battery to the frame, which adds another 250 Wh for even more range (this battery will be offered separately as an option). Controlling the electric motor is the Giant RideControl EVO multi-function control unit with an LCD display and walk assist function, making it easy to manipulate the bike while walking. If we look at other equipment, we find Shimano GRX components designed specifically for gravel bikes, namely hydraulic disc brakes and 11-speed shifting. The specific use of the bike is also matched by the wider Giant Crosscut Gravel 2 tyres in the 700x45c size, and there's also the option of retrofitting mudguards and racks.

Motor Giant SyncDrive Pro by Shimano

Powered by the new Shimano EP8 motor, the SyncDrive Pro is a custom-built drivetrain with 85Nm of torque that delivers smooth acceleration on paved roads, gravel or dirt. Power assist modes can be switched using the Shimano Di2 shifters. You'll achieve clean cockpit lines without the need for another e-bike controller.

The SyncDrive Pro Shimano EP8 mid-motor smoothly assists pedalling and provides plenty of power even on tough hilly terrain.

The SyncDrive Pro Shimano EP8 is tuned to respond less to torque and more to cadence. Giant says this makes it ideal for stable pedaling output, making it a better standard of pedal assist for gravel-style riding. The motor system weighs just 2,8 kg.

Battery GIANT ENERGYPAK SMART 500

Battery designed for Giant and Liv e-bikes that have the battery integrated in the bottom frame tube. It has a capacity of 500 Wh and you can go really far with it. Advanced BMS (Battery Management System) circuitry optimizes charging performance through continuous communication between the battery and charger. Charging time to 80% capacity: 2 hours and 20 minutes. Dimensions: 435 x 77.5 x 67 mm.

Ride Control Go

System RideControl Go is available on premium Giant E-bikes, RideControl Go features a multipurpose button integrated into the top tube. Colored LEDs allow you to switch power modes from the top tube and keep a clean handlebar setup. The lights also display battery level and support mode.
