Raymon Crossray - all-round comfort

It's based on an Alloy 6061 aluminium frame for 29" wheels with modern geometry, 120mm travel and an integrated, easily removable battery. Suspension is handled by an SR Suntour XCR34X Boost air fork with 120mm of travel and an SR Suntour Raidon R rear shock, which work together to increase comfort and control on rutted roads.
Power is provided by a Yamaha PW-S2 mid-motor with 75Nm of torque, which offers a smooth and natural feel even on hill climbs. Power is supplied by a 720 Wh battery, ideal for longer trips and regular commuting. Control is via the clear Yamaha Display A2.
Braking performance is handled by Tektro Vela hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm discs, while Shimano Essa 8-speed shifting ensures easy operation and reliable performance. Schwalbe Advancer Hybrid tyres in 29x2.35 contribute to confidence on asphalt and gravel.

Centre motor Yamaha PW-S2
The Yamaha PW-S2 motor offers instant assistance, virtually maintenance-free operation, and an automatic assistance mode. Weighing just 2.85 kg and delivering 75 Nm of torque, the PW-S2 is 10% lighter than its predecessor and approximately 10% smaller. Its compact design gives e-bike manufacturers greater freedom in frame design, suspension, and ground clearance. The result is better handling and higher performance. Intelligent automatic assistance mode. Eco, Standard, and High Performance modes.
The Zero Cadence feature provides instant and natural assistance, making the PW-S2 ideal for everyday use and longer trips.
Battery Li-Ion 720 Wh
High-capacity Li-Ion battery 720 Wh / 20 Ah. It is partially integrated into the frame of the e-bike and supplies energy to the entire system. Thanks to the central mounting, the e-bike is perfectly balanced, stable and easy to handle.
The battery is able to deliver an e-bike on a single charge up to a distance of 170 km (depending on the circumstances).
Of course, it is equipped with a BMS board (Battery Management System), which protects it from overheating, short circuit or overcharging. You can charge the battery directly on the bike carrier or it can be removed to charge it. You can fully charge a fully discharged battery in 5 hours.
Display Yamaha A2
Easy, simple, and versatile. The main feature of the A2 display is its large LCD screen, which is ideal for use in low visibility conditions. For greater durability in mud or gravel, there is a special scratch-resistant coating on the screen, and the casing material is made of durable PC resin. It displays speed, battery status, and assist mode, as well as optional total distance, trip distance, and range data, enhancing every ride. Equipped with newly designed assist mode and walk assist switches.
