RAYMON Airok Pro - the new generation lightweight trail e-bike

The RAYMON Airok Pro electric bike belongs to the modern Light e-MTB category, combining the natural feel of a classic mountain bike with the support of an electric motor. With a carbon frame, high-end components and a powerful Bosch drivetrain, it's the ideal choice for demanding trail riders who want to climb faster and enjoy every descent to the fullest.

Powerful and lightweight drive system

At the heart of the bike is the Bosch Performance Line SX motor, which delivers up to 60 Nm of torque and dynamic pedaling assistance. The motor is designed for a sporty riding style - it responds to the rider's cadence and offers a natural MTB-like performance, only with more power on the climbs.

The integrated Bosch CompactTube 400 Wh battery is neatly hidden in the frame and can be easily removed for convenient charging. Thanks to the low weight of the system, the bike retains very good handling even on technical terrain.

Carbon frame and modern geometry

The frame is made of HSC (High Speed Carbon) composite, which combines high stiffness and low weight. The modern trail geometry ensures stability on descents and playful handling in corners.

The all-suspension construction with 150 mm of travel front and rear handles roots, rocks and technical trail sections. Suspension is handled by a combination of RockShox Lyrik Select+ and RockShox Deluxe Select+ components for a smooth and controlled ride over challenging terrain.

BOSCH Performance Line SX

Bosch Performance Line SX. Powerful and dynamic motor for intuitive handling and a unique driving experience. Innovative body and software. Although the motor has less torque - 55 Nm - it can deliver up to 600 W of power, the best value in the most compact design. The weight of the motor is limited to just 2 kg.

Baterie Bosch Compact Powertube 400 Wh

A high-performance battery designed for electric bikes that provides riders with reliable, long-lasting power. The Compact Powertube 400 Wh battery offers the perfect combination of energy density, compact design and durability. 

One of the key features of the battery is its integrated design, which allows the battery to be seamlessly integrated into the frame of the e-bike. This integration improves the aesthetics of the bike, but also contributes to a cleaner and sleeker look. It also helps protect the battery from external influences such as water, dust and impact, ensuring long-term reliability and durability.
The Bosch Compact Powertube 400Wh battery is equipped with high-quality lithium-ion cells.

Raymon Lifetime Warranty

Starting with the 2025 model year, Raymon offers the RAYMON Care program, which provides a lifetime warranty on the frame for the first owner. This warranty covers structural defects in the frame, but does not apply to paint, bearings, or suspension components. Activation is subject to online registration within 90 days of purchase.

For selected e-bikes (Trailray, Tourray, Crossray, Hardray, and Select specification models from 2025), the RAYMON CarePlus program is available, which extends the warranty on the motor, controls, and battery to 3 years. For batteries, the limit is set at 800 charging cycles or a capacity drop below 70%.

The warranty is void in the event of racing or commercial use, improper tuning, or failure to have the bike serviced regularly by an authorized partner.
