The modern HSC Composite carbon frame for 29" e-bikes combines low weight, high stiffness, and the durability needed for sporty riding on challenging terrain. The design is optimized for 150 mm of rear suspension travel. The frame features the Boost system, which increases the stiffness of the rear end of the bike. RAYMON Airok Comp – a lightweight, agile, and fun e-MTB
A lightweight full-suspension e-bike for sporty off-road riding that combines low weight, a carbon frame, and a natural-feeling Bosch Performance Line SX electric drive. It’s designed for riders who want an agile e-MTB with a riding feel close to that of a classic mountain bike, but who also appreciate electric assistance on climbs. The Airok is built on an HSC Composite carbon frame weighing approximately 2.5 kg with 150 mm of travel.
At the heart of the bike is the Bosch Performance Line SX, a compact, lightweight motor with up to 55 Nm of torque and up to 600 W of power. The motor responds to pedaling intensity and offers natural assistance that’s ideal for both brisk climbs and technical ascents. Thanks to the drive unit’s light weight, the Airok remains agile and easy to handle even when riding without assistance.
The integrated 400 Wh Bosch CompactTube battery keeps the frame lightweight and clean-looking. The battery is removable and can be charged both on and off the bike. For longer rides, the system can be supplemented with the optional Bosch PowerMore 250 Wh Range Extender, which significantly increases the power reserve without requiring a larger main battery.
Suspension is provided by a RockShox Psylo Silver RC air fork with 150 mm of travel and a RockShox Deluxe Select 205 × 65 mm rear shock. This combination provides ample comfort, traction, and control when riding over roots, rocks, and other uneven terrain. The geometry is designed for stable descents while maintaining good pedaling efficiency on climbs. The large 29" wheels also make it easier to clear obstacles and provide stability at higher speeds.
Shifting is handled by a Shimano Deore 1×12 drivetrain with a 10–51-tooth cassette, which offers a wide range of gears for steep climbs and fast riding on flat terrain. Tektro Gemini SL four-piston hydraulic brakes with 203 mm rotors provide ample stopping power and precise modulation when riding on more challenging terrain.
The DT Swiss H 1900 Spline wheels are fitted with Schwalbe Nobby Nic Performance 29 × 2.40" tires, which offer a versatile combination of traction, stability, and low rolling resistance. The RAYMON dropper seatpost allows for quick seat height adjustment before technical descents and gives the rider more freedom to actively control the bike. The bike’s total weight capacity is 130 kg, while the bike itself weighs approximately 20.1 kg.

It also helps protect the battery from external influences such as water, dust and impact, ensuring long-term reliability and durability.

Bosch Top-tube System Controller w/ mini remote
Control unit for e-bikes with intelligent system. The range of functions and information is limited - so you have a quick overview that won't distract you while you ride. Integrated into the top tube - it's hardly noticeable and ideal for sporty trips and design-oriented e-bike fans.
LEDs indicate the riding mode and battery charge level in different colours. Made of durable material and protected from bumps and scratches. With just two buttons you can control the most important functions of your e-bike - switch on, switch off and change the riding mode. With the Mini Remote you can operate the control unit even more safely and conveniently. With the Mini Remote on, you can also control the display or use your smartphone as a display.
