PearTune MSO Tuning e-bikes BAFANG M510/M500/M410/M200

The PearTune plugs into the e-bike system using compatible original connectors. No setup or diagnostics are required during installation. All configuration and adaptation to the settings of the specific e-bike is provided automatically.

PearTune is wired between the speedometer sensor and the motor unit and between the display and the motor unit. The power supply is used as the power supply for the display. All data such as current, average, maximum speed, distance travelled, etc. remain truthfully displayed on the display.

The PearTune MSO can be activated/deactivated at any time during the ride with two LONG presses of the LIGHT button or 4 short presses of the + and - buttons

The only difference is that from the moment of installation you, not your bike, determine how fast you go. The maximum speed is limited only by the frequency of pedaling.

Using

MSO-BF-M500: The PearTune MSO can be activated/deactivated at any time during the ride by two LONG presses of the LIGHT button or by a short press of the + button followed immediately by the - button. The original function of these buttons remains unchanged. PearTune MSO activity is indicated on the display by 9.9 km/h or 6.2 mph (PearTune is activated) and 2.5 km/h or 1.6 mph (PearTune is deactivated) for a few seconds after activation/deactivation. In case you have the "Still ON" version, you don't need to do anything to activate =
the chip is activated/deactivated automatically when the bike is switched on/off. In case you have the 4.0 SMART version, you can change the activation buttons in the SERVICE MENU of the CHIP freely.

If you plan to install PearTune MSO on a new e-bike, make sure you ride it at least 1 km before PearTune MSO installs.

It is possible that on long rides at speeds over 25 km/h with motor assistance, some of the readings on the display may not immediately respond to their actual values. These readings should always be adjusted after a period of time without engine assistance or at speeds below 25 km/h. We recommend that you do not switch off the e-bike immediately after a longer journey at a higher speed. The easiest way is to leave the e-bike switched off or on automatically, or to leave the bike ON after you have finished riding until the display shows 0.0 km/h or 0.0 mph.

Do not upgrade the software after installing the PearTune MSO, the manufacturer is not responsible if the chip does not function properly after a software upgrade.
