The FlexPoint rear suspension provides 120mm of travel and responds sensitively to both larger and smaller bumps via an air shock. This keeps the rear wheel in contact with the surface for a comfortable, smooth and efficient off-road ride.

The Embolden E+ all-suspension mountain e-bike opens the door to a whole new dimension of mountain biking. Its electric drivetrain is based on Yamaha's SyncDrive Sport mid-motor and integrated EnergyPak Smart battery. The new feature is a larger wheel diameter of 29", which is used on sizes S to L, while the smallest size XS has a wheel diameter of 27.5".
The high quality ALUXX SL aluminium alloy frame uses the FlexPoint suspension system, which provides 120mm of travel, while the front fork has 130mm of travel. The frame geometry is designed with the specifics of a woman's body and riding style in mind, following the 3F (Fit, Form, Function) manufacturing philosophy - resulting in women's bikes that you'll feel truly comfortable on. Especially on the hills, you'll appreciate Yamaha's powerful SyncDrive Sport mid-motor, whose 70Nm of torque and up to 350% boost will take you up even the steepest climbs. In addition to the five riding modes, which you select manually, there's also a fully automatic setting for the amount of engine support (Smart Assist mode), where the system itself assesses how much support the engine should deliver. It uses 6-sensor PedalPlus technology, which adds an accelerometer and tilt sensor to the four basic sensors. High performance and long range are ensured by the integrated 625 Wh EnergyPak Smart battery.
The RideControl One control unit includes dominant ergonomic buttons for switching between riding modes, LEDs showing the battery level and the selected riding mode, and a walk assist button, i.e. the motor assist mode for guiding the bike while walking. Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, you can then pair your bike with the RideControl app that you download to your smartphone (downloadable for Android, iOS). This app will then offer you many other useful features, such as adjusting the amount of support in all riding modes or various fitness functions.
The American-Taiwanese brand GIANT holds the title of the world's largest bicycle manufacturer.
