Lifetime warranty on Giant & Liv frames

Giant & Liv provides the first owner with a lifetime warranty on the frame (3 years for downhill models) and 10 years on rigid forks. The warranty on components and electronics is 2 years. The warranty is valid provided that the e-bike has been professionally assembled by an authorized dealer and proof of purchase is provided.

If you register your bike within 90 days of purchase (Giant / Liv), the warranty on wear parts is extended from 1 to 2 years.

The 5-Year E-Bike Support program is available for selected e-bikes, which requires registration within 30 days of purchase (Giant / Liv). This provides 5 years of motor support and entitles you to significant discounts on post-warranty replacements. For selected models from 2026 onwards, the battery warranty is also extended to 5 years.
