The KELLYS Tygon R90 29" 820 Wh is a powerful mountain e-bike designed for riders looking for power, durability and advanced technology. This e-MTB has been precision engineered and is ready to tackle even the most challenging terrain with the utmost confidence.
Frame and design:
The Tygon R90 is built on the KELLYS TYGON R-series frame, which is constructed from advanced 6-series aluminum alloy with robotic welding. This frame is not only lightweight, but also extremely strong. The integrated removable battery contributes to the clean design and practical functionality. The frame includes a tapered 1.5" head tube and a 12x148mm rear fixed Boost axle, which increases stability and control in rough terrain.
Motor and battery:
The bike is equipped with a PANASONIC GX Ultimate motor that delivers 95 Nm of torque at 36V. This allows it to handle steep climbs and technical passages with ease. The integrated KELLYS Re-Charge V10 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 820 Wh (23 Ah), developed in collaboration with BMZ, offers long endurance and reliability for all-day riding.
Gears and brakes:
Drive is provided by a SHIMANO Deore XT M8100 derailleur and SHIMANO Deore SL-M6100-IR Rapidfire Plus shifters, which provide precise and quick 12-speed shifting. Safe stopping is handled by SHIMANO Deore MT420 hydraulic disc brakes, which offer consistent and powerful stopping power in all conditions.
Suspension:

Even at low cadence, the motor unit provides a constant and powerful output of 95 Nm, thanks to which the GX Ultimate is one of the most powerful motor units in its class and supports you even in the most demanding conditions.
Battery BMZ V10 820 Wh
Powerful battery for long range electric bikes. With a capacity of 820 Wh and a voltage of 36 V, it provides long range, high efficiency and reliability even on demanding routes. The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) protects the battery from overheating, overvoltage and deep discharge.
The compact design designed to be fully integrated into the frame of the e-bike provides protection and a sleek look. The 820 Wh (22.77 Ah) capacity provides a range of up to 200 km depending on riding style, terrain and level of assistance. It supports fast charging, with 80% of capacity achievable in just 2-3 hours with the appropriate charger. Uses high quality Li-ion cells that last up to 1000 charge cycles while maintaining high performance.
Side display Panasonic
The side colour display is relatively small and compact and is located to the left of the handlebar grip. Its screen has a diagonal of about 4.5 cm. It offers a clear and crisp overview of all the necessary driving information. The display is also connected to Bluetooth™, which allows the use of smartphone apps such as "Komoot" and "Strava".
The side colour display is very clear overall. The screen is on the right and on the left are two large arrow keys and a narrow vertical key that functions as a menu. The control unit is IPX5 rated against water and dust.
