- reducer for direct charging without removing the battery from the frame
Charge the battery to 100% before first use.
Always charge the battery with the original charger supplied with the e-bike or by the supplier.
Never insert a new battery into the e-bike, always activate and fully charge outside the e-bike first.
New batteries are supplied in SLEEP MODE. Activation is done automatically when the charger is connected.
Important for long battery life:
For safer battery storage for longer periods of time:
1. Check that the battery charge level is between 50% and 70%.
2. Always charge the battery to 100% charge level after storage for more than one month.
3. When storing for longer periods, the battery should be checked or recharged at least once every 3 months.
