At the heart of the Gobao P100 drive is an electric motor with a rated continuous output of 250 W, capable of delivering a peak power output of up to 750 W under maximum load for short periods. The drive unit delivers stable and precisely metered power even at a natural pedaling cadence – generating an impressive 740 W at a cadence of 70 RPM.

With a maximum torque of 100 Nm, the motor provides ample power to tackle steep climbs and harsh ascents confidently without unnecessary jerking or loss of traction.

The drive unit features a compact construction with a total weight of just 2.8 kg, achieving an excellent power-to-weight ratio of approximately 267 W/kg. Just like the flagship P120 model, the Gobao P100 motor is equipped with a comprehensive suite of smart assistance systems for maximum safety and comfort during your ride.

When handling the bike in rough or steep terrain, the Smart Walk Assist feature provides helpful power assistance. It is complemented by the Hill Hold function, which automatically applies subtle braking force to prevent the bike from rolling backward when stopping on an incline.
The system features a dedicated gear sensor interface and direct support for electronic shifting (Electronic Gear). During gear changes, the motor briefly adjusts its torque output, significantly reducing wear on the chain, cassette, and overall drivetrain.
The drive unit integrates full lighting management. It offers outputs for front and rear lights, support for turn indicators, and an intelligent brake light feature that alerts other road users when slowing down.
All drive parameters and available trip data can be easily managed and customized via the Gobao App mobile application.
