The lithium battery is removable from the bike by sliding it out from the side.
The battery is also compatible with electric bikes with a battery capacity of 400Wh.
It is lockable in the e-bike.
The charging time of the YAMAHA battery is approx. 3.5h for approx. 100% capacity. This charging speed is achieved by the YAMAHA fast charger.
The battery has no memory effect, so you can charge it during or after a short ride.
The lifetime is between 800 and 1200 full charge cycles, but if it is charged after every ride, the number of charge cycles is higher.
Each battery is protected by a Battery Management System (BMS) to ensure a long battery life.
