New in e-bikes for the 2023 season, the ACRON 27.5 2023 all-suspension mountain e-bike with aluminium frame, sporty design, suspension front fork, Manitou rear shock absorber, disc brakes and 27.5" wheels. The new feature is an integrated frame battery with powerful LG cells with a capacity of 720 Wh / 20 Ah. Another plus is the new fast charger with a charging current of 3A (previously 1.8A), which significantly reduces the battery charging time. The e-bike is equipped with a Bafang M510 center motor with a nominal power of 250W and a max power of 550W. This motor boasts, among other things, a high torque that can reach up to 95 Nm and is equipped with a torsion sensor for pedaling force. This means that the more force the cyclist pedals with, the more force the motor assists. The motor excels with very smooth running, above-average performance on climbs and quiet operation. The system is controlled by a colour LCD display and a push-button controller located on the handlebars.

BAFANG M510
The new M510 mid-motor is designed especially for high-performance e-bikes. Torque is essential for dynamic riding, up to 95 Nm in this motor, which can estimate the right amount of power according to the rider's pedalling force and dial in the appropriate assistance.
The M510 is half a kilogram lighter and weighs only 2.9 kg. The weight saving is the result of several design changes, the main one being the new magnesium housing.
The M510 mid-engine is a revolutionary upgrade to the powerful eMTB engine. Maximum cadence support is extended up to 120 rpm.
Battery LG 720 Wh
High-capacity LG Li-Ion battery 720 Wh / 20 Ah. It is partially integrated into the frame of the e-bike and supplies energy to the entire system. Thanks to the central mounting, the e-bike is perfectly balanced, stable and easy to handle.
The battery is able to deliver an e-bike on a single charge up to a distance of 170 km (depending on the circumstances).
Of course, it is equipped with a BMS board (Battery Management System), which protects it from overheating, short circuit or overcharging. You can charge the battery directly on the bike carrier or it can be removed to charge it. You can fully charge a fully discharged battery in 5 hours.

DP C240.CAN is a display with simple operation and minimalist look. Designed for use in the city and in the field. All important information is right in front of you.
The case of the product is made of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), the transparent part is made of high-strength acrylate with the rigidity of tempered glass.
