The CORRATEC E-Power Trekking 28 PX8 RD Wave Automatic represents the technological pinnacle of Corratec’s trekking line. It is designed for demanding riders who demand maximum riding comfort, intuitive handling, and a long range without any compromises. The aluminum Wave-style frame with a low step-through allows for exceptionally comfortable mounting and dismounting, while the large 28" wheels with wide Schwalbe Marathon tires ensure a smooth ride and stability on asphalt, cobblestones, and dirt roads.

The drive system is powered by a high-performance Bosch Performance Line PX Smart System motor with 90 Nm of torque, powered by a high-capacity 800 Wh Bosch PowerTube battery. Compared to the lower-end models in the PX7 series, this model offers even greater battery capacity for long trips with heavy panniers or riding into strong headwinds. Data is displayed on a large, easy-to-read Bosch Kiox 500 color display in combination with the LED Controller.

The Shimano CUES Di2 electronic 11-speed shifting system with a fully automatic mode ensures absolute comfort when shifting gears. The system automatically selects the ideal gear based on speed and cadence, which significantly conserves battery power and reduces wear on the drivetrain. A key comfort feature is the SR Suntour NVX32 AIR suspension fork with 80 mm of travel, complemented by a suspension seatpost that effectively smooths out bumps while making it easier to safely touch the ground when stopping. Reliable stopping power is provided by Tektro Orion 4-piston hydraulic brakes.

The bike is fully equipped for both daily commuting and long expeditions. It comes with a MIK HD rear rack with a load capacity of up to 27 kg, an adjustable stem (0–90°) for customizing your riding position, a Selle Royal Look-In Evo gel saddle, and powerful Herrmans MR8 lights (180 lm) with a taillight that doubles as a brake light.

BOSCH Performance Line PX

The Bosch Performance Line PX is a new, powerful, yet quiet mid-engine for trekking e-bikes. Basically, it offers 600 W of peak power with a torque of 85 Nm - enough power for a comfortable ride even up steeper hills, without growling or jerking. Thanks to the eBike Flow app, you can increase the power up to 700 W and 90 Nm for a more demanding ride. Assistance reaches up to 340%, or up to 600% after setting in the app. The engine weighs only approx. 2.9 kg and is compatible with functions such as eShift (automatic shifting), eBike ABS (for safer braking), and offers smooth running and minimized resistance when coasting without assistance.

Battery Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh

Maximum energy for long rides. Designed for riders who want maximum range, high reliability, and clean design. Modern technology and full compatibility with the Bosch Smart System. It uses advanced lithium-ion cells and a sophisticated Battery Management System (BMS) that protects the battery against overheating, overcharging, deep discharge, and short circuits. Weight around 3.9 kg.

Designed to be well protected against water, mud, and mechanical damage. With a standard 4A charger, it reaches approximately 50% capacity in about 2.5 hours and a full charge in less than 7 hours. It is gentle on the cells and promotes long battery life.

A modern color display designed for e-bikes with the Bosch Smart System. Thanks to its large and easy-to-read screen, it provides a perfect overview of all important riding data, even in challenging conditions. It displays speed, battery status, range, assistance level, cadence, rider power, and navigation instructions when connected to the eBike Flow app.

Extended 6-year warranty on Corratec frames

Corratec offers an above-standard extended warranty on frames for a total of 6 years. This benefit is intended exclusively for the first owner and is not transferable to other persons.

The basic condition is online registration within 14 days of purchasing the bike. If you do not register in time, only the standard two-year warranty applies.

For the warranty to be valid, follow the instructions and avoid racing or extreme loads unless the bike is specifically designed for them.
