The MAHLE ebikemotion X35 rear engine is particularly characterised by its very compact dimensions, low weight and the natural feeling of riding with or without assistance (up to 25 km/h).
The motor in the rear hub has virtually no resistance when it's off, and it's very unobtrusive, so you won't even know there's an e-bike in front of you. The intelligent control software allows you to set different profiles for assistance depending on the application, so the assistance on a road bike can take a different course from a model designed more for the city or, conversely, for unpaved roads.
