Hub Line (BDU306Y) – The first Bosch hub motor
The completely new Hub Line drive series completely redefines urban mobility. The motor is almost invisible, as it is discreetly hidden directly in the rear wheel hub, giving the e-bike a clean, purist style and uncompromising aesthetics.
This system offers a very lively ride, dynamic acceleration (for example, when starting at traffic lights), and maintenance-free operation. From a technical point of view, it stands out with a super low weight of only approx. 2.3 kg. The motor analyzes the ride using smart sensors and, in Auto mode, automatically adjusts the support according to the current situation. It utilizes a specifically modified set of smart system functions.
New PowerTube batteries
PowerTube 360 battery – Ultra-slim design
The new integrated PowerTube 360 battery becomes the thinnest battery ever in the Bosch range with a capacity of 360 Wh. It is created primarily for design-oriented and minimalist urban e-bikes, where enormous emphasis is placed on clean frame lines without any aesthetic compromises. Despite its very compact and slim dimensions, it offers a reliable range exceeding the 80 km mark on a single charge.
PowerTube 720 battery – Energy for long routes
For demanding cyclists, Bosch is expanding its portfolio of integrated batteries with the robust PowerTube 720 model with a high capacity of 720 Wh. This battery is specially developed for tackling long routes and demanding all-day trips. It excels in high reliability, mechanical durability, and designers have managed to achieve an excellent ratio between total performance and resulting weight.
Active Line Plus (BDU344Y) – A new generation of the legend
The popular Active Line Plus motor, which has been a reliable support for everyday commuting and trips for almost ten years, comes in a completely new generation. The new version (designated BDU344Y) is even more powerful, smaller, lighter, and offers an improved, more sensitive response that perfectly adapts to your pedaling. From the technical specifications of the drive, it is worth mentioning the maximum torque of 60 Nm, maximum motor power of up to 600 W (nominal continuous power is 250 W), and pedaling support up to 340%. The drive weighs approximately 3.2 kg, guarantees perfectly quiet operation without disturbing noise, and features an intelligent Auto mode or a Hill Hold function for assistance when pushing and starting on a hill.
Intuvia 200 display – Clear picture without distractions
The new Intuvia 200 on-board computer is permanently mounted on the handlebars, which significantly minimizes the risk of its loss or theft. It features a 2.4-inch display that relies on grayscale imaging for optimal readability in any lighting conditions.
The display glass is connected to the inner layer using Optical Bonding technology, which gives the construction high robustness and resistance to water and dirt.
The control is extremely intuitive using a separate unit on the handlebars.
The data display (speed, distance traveled, battery status, heart rate, or calories) can be fully personalized by the user in the eBike Flow app, where it is also possible to switch between light and dark modes.
LED Controller – Compact control center with USB-C
The LED Controller represents a minimalist revolution on the handlebars – it is a full 65% smaller than the standard LED Remote controller. Thanks to this compact ergonomic design, the cockpit of your bike remains perfectly clear and clean.
Despite its small dimensions, it combines versatile functions: it includes an intuitive LED display, whose brightness automatically adapts to the surrounding environment, and integrates the highly requested USB-C® port, which allows convenient charging of your smartphone directly while riding.
ConnectModule (BCM3101) – Advanced localization even indoors
The new ConnectModule localization module designated BCM3101 takes the digital protection of your e-bike to a new level. Compared to regular trackers, it can reliably pinpoint the bike's location even where standard GPS signals reach their limits. Thanks to precise positioning in the final meters, you can easily find your e-bike even if it is locked deep in a basement, in a garage, or hidden in a backyard.
The module contains its own battery, an integrated SIM card, and motion sensors. In combination with the eBike Flow app and a Flow+ subscription, it ensures the triggering of the eBike Alarm in case of unauthorized manipulation. If the module is forcibly removed by a thief, motor support remains permanently deactivated and the battery is software-locked, making the bike practically worthless to thieves.
