The ultra-light SEG BLM drive unit weighs just 2.1 kg, yet delivers an impressive maximum power of up to 700 W and 80 Nm of torque. It offers powerful yet exceptionally smooth and efficient assistance even on the steepest climbs. Advanced torque, cadence, and speed sensors allow the system to adjust assistance in real time. The motor is also very quiet and offers no pedaling resistance when assistance is turned off. On top of all that, the manufacturer offers a 5-year warranty on the motor!
Battery capacity up to 810 Wh and a range of 190 km
The integrated 630 Wh frame battery, combined with the optional XPro bottle battery (180 Wh), offers a total capacity of 810 Wh. The Dual Discharge system allows for simultaneous discharge and extends the total range up to 190 km.
Integrated display and iButtons on the handlebars
All ride data—such as speed, cadence, power, and range—is displayed on a minimalist screen integrated directly into the top tube. You can switch between assist modes instantly and without delay using the wired iButtons located directly on the handlebars.

The new SEG BLM motor offers the option to adjust the speed limit via software. Without the need for any mechanical modifications or the installation of additional hardware, you’ll unlock the full performance potential and maximum speed assistance for a sporty ride.
Software Updates and Manufacturer Support
The iRS1 drive system stays up to date thanks to regular software updates from the manufacturer, BH. Through firmware updates, the manufacturer continuously optimizes battery management, motor response, and assist efficiency, so your e-bike runs even more smoothly and achieves a longer real-world range with every update.

The BH iRS1 1.2 road e-bike combines aerodynamic design with uncompromising electric power. The iRS1 Alloy frame with Kamm Tail tube profiling and the full-carbon iRS1 Carbon ACR fork optimize airflow and effectively absorb vibrations. Thanks to the ACR system, all cables are 100% hidden inside the frame, which also accommodates tires up to 32 mm wide.
At the heart of the bike is the SEG BLM motor with 80 Nm of torque and a peak power output of 700 W, weighing just 2.1 kg. The integrated 630 Wh battery, combined with the external XPro battery, provides a total capacity of 810 Wh and a range of up to 190 km. You can monitor ride data on the display integrated into the top tube and control the bike using the iButtons on the handlebars.

Precise shifting is handled by a 12-speed Shimano 105 groupset (2x12) with an 11–34T cassette range. Reliable stopping power in any weather is provided by Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors. Riding comfort is guaranteed by Shimano RS171 wheels with Hutchinson GP Explorer tires (700x32) and a Prologo Nago RS saddle.
The smart control system is also compatible with the BH iConnect mobile app. With it, you can customize the parameters of each assist mode to suit your riding style. The manufacturer also releases regular software updates (firmware) for the system, which optimize battery management, refine motor response, and keep your e-bike in top condition at all times.

BH Bikes Lifetime Warranty
BH Bikes offers the original owner a commercial lifetime warranty on the frame (legally limited to 10 years) and a 5-year warranty on BH motors. For BH batteries, the manufacturer offers the option to purchase an extended warranty of 1 to 2 years.
To activate the warranty for both the frame and the motor, you must register online within 30 days of purchase.
The frame warranty does not cover the rear triangles of full-suspension bikes, forks, or children’s bikes. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, motor tuning, racing or commercial use, or the costs of service work and shipping. This non-transferable warranty applies to bikes purchased from authorized dealers, through whom warranty claims are handled and where regular maintenance is required.
