The main driver of performance is the BAFANG M510 mid-motor with 95Nm of torque for smooth pedaling assistance, ideal for tough off-road climbs or longer road trips. The motor is complemented by quiet operation and a small, clear BAFANG DP C080 display with Bluetooth connectivity, making it easy to monitor data such as speed, assistance level or battery status. The ALU E7005 BOOST aluminium frame is lightweight but robust, with an integrated battery for better weight distribution. The Suntour XCR34 AIR 29BOOST fork with 100mm travel and handlebar lockout provides comfort on uneven surfaces, while BOOST technology increases stability and frame stiffness. The Shimano CUES 1x11 drivetrain with 11-50T cassette and CN-LG500 chain offers a wide range of gearing for a variety of conditions, from steep hills to flats. The 29" wheels with MACH1 CROSS-R 23 rims and Schwalbe Smart Sam 29x2.35 tyres offer excellent traction on gravel, forest roads and tarmac. Shimano HB-TC500 (15 mm front) and FH-TC500 (12 mm rear) hubs with fixed axles contribute to the overall stiffness. Components such as 720mm wide 4EX sand blasted handlebars, same brand stem and seatpost, Selle Royal saddle for long-lasting comfort and Union SP-170 pedals add to the comfort.

BAFANG M510

The new M510 mid-motor is designed especially for high-performance e-bikes. Torque is essential for dynamic riding, up to 95 Nm in this motor, which can estimate the right amount of power according to the rider's pedalling force and dial in the appropriate assistance.

The M510 is half a kilogram lighter and weighs only 2.9 kg. The weight saving is the result of several design changes, the main one being the new magnesium housing. 

The M510 mid-engine is a revolutionary upgrade to the powerful eMTB engine. Maximum cadence support is extended up to 120 rpm.
