A reliable mountain e-bike at a great price, the Talon E+ EX 2023 features a SyncDrive Core Yamaha mid-motor with 50Nm of torque and a 500Wh EnergyPak lithium battery. The GIANT Talon E+ EX is built on a lightweight ALUXX aluminium frame with comfortable geometry and 29" wheels. It is a very light and compact motor with 50 Nm of torque. The e-bike has less battery power consumption and a longer range. There is a SmartAssist riding mode, which is a fully automatic adjustment of the amount of support. A smooth connection between the motor and your own power is ensured by a set of six PedalPlus sensors, which measure the force of your pedalling and evaluate how much power to deliver to the motor to make battery power consumption as efficient as possible. The 500 Wh EnergyPak battery, which is neatly positioned on the downtube of the frame and removes to the side, will supply plenty.
The RideControl Dash makes handling the bike while walking easier with the walk assist feature. Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, you can then pair your bike with the RideControl app that you download to your smartphone (downloadable for Android, iOS). This app will then offer you many other useful features, such as adjusting the amount of support in all riding modes or various fitness functions. In terms of riding comfort, you'll appreciate the suspension fork with 100 mm of travel and you can rely on the hydraulic disc brakes for braking. The bike frame is ready for retrofitting a kickstand using the integrated mounting bracket.

SyncDrive Core remains quiet under load while outputing enough energy for enjoyable and relaxed adventure. Smart Assist technology with GiantPedalPlus uses sensors to work out the output needed. This results in quiet and natural feeling with powerful and adjustable support of up to 300% with high torque of 50 Nm. 100% of torque is available right from the start.

RideControl Dash
This two-in-one unit features buttons to control support modes plus an integrated color display. You can check range, battery level and support mode, along with standard cycling data such as speed and distance without having to another screen to the E-bike. It also has an ANT+ connection so you can connect a heart rate monitor and other fitness devices.
