Order is accepted within 24 hours, confirmation of receipt of your order as well as information about your goods shipped are sent via email.


How long will my eBike take to arrive?

It usually takes about 7 days. Delivery time may vary for different countries. Customer will be informed about delivery services via e-mail.


Where do you deliver? Do you deliver to Great Britain?

Unfortunately we DO NOT deliver to the UK at the moment. We deliver to all countries in Europe within the EFTA agreement – EU member states + Switzerland and Norway. E-bikes from are shipped in 'ready-to-ride' condition by Kuehne + Nagel - the world’s leading logistics company. You pay for what you get. In GreatEbike we only deal with high quality machines that are built to do their job to the maximum.


Is it safe to buy from

Completely​​​​​​!  All of the offered e-bikes are perfectly prepared before dispatch. Your e-bike will be assembled, adjusted and test driven in order to avoid any malfunctions. The battery and charger functionality is verified too. We ship the fully assembled e-bikes door to door throughout Europe.


How long is the warranty?

We sell our bikes with a 2-year warranty. We aim to offer the best e-bike experience, so it is in our interest to get any issues resolved quickly for you.
